GAS
ACT’s proprietary gas components upgrade existing burners to high efficiency Low NOx Burners. Rich and lean zones of combustion are produced at the burner outlet to deeply stage combustion. Flame length is controlled to limit CO formation at the furnace outlet. NOx reductions range from 40-60%.
THE HARDWARE
Typically two components are needed to upgrade an existing single zone gas burner to a Low NOx, high efficiency burner – a curve blade swirler and gas pokers. Each are fabricated from high temp material to ensure long life.
